The property is impeccably clean with a modern design, and the full English breakfast is generous! Efficient service from the wonderfully helpful, responsive staff members.

Every detail was ideal: staff and location. Comfy beds, central heating, an electronic key card and a coffee/tea maker in the room. Plenty of different restaurants and bars to eat outside the hotel.

Lovely stay, I liked it. Everything was AMAZING including staff and rooms. Really nice building and rooms with comfortable decoration.

We had a very spacious bed and they prepared a local breakfast. Gorgeous location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a Newquay zoo. Absolutely stunning unit with utensils and cutlery. Staff were fine and impeccable all the time. The pool was clean, had a whirlpool and a sauna.

The hotel was reasonably spacious with an unbeatable location so close to beaches and town, the centre, the sea. The reception was friendly with courteous staff. There was plenty of food for breakfast, everything was brilliant. Comfortable overall experience.

We have stayed here for 4 days and would stay here again, it is contemporary and spotlessly clean hotel with perfect location near the beach. Fantastic view, pleasant bar - everything was perfectly fine.

Always pleasant staff and a very decent breakfast including lots of yoghourt and fresh fruit. A great place for a short stay in Newquay. An exceptional stay with a lovely swimming pool. Not to mention complimentary wifi!

Room was cosy & warm. The continental breakfast was savoury and sumptuous, lots of options.

the location is quiet, and staff is accommodating. cheap breakfast, perfect service. the units are recently refurbished, spotless.

The breakfast was sumptuous and the staff were best. I had the double room and it was romantic. Pool was excellent too. The location was quiet central, not too far away from Killacourt Park. I loved in-house restaurant...

All in all a convenient hotel and very delightful stay. Service and location were second to none, we really enjoyed that everything was brand-new. The bed was relaxing and it was great having television, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Had a priceless view. Found in a pretty comfortable area.

It was spotless and the staff were considerable, beds were very comfy.

It deserves its 3 stars. We loved reception area, it was inviting. An electronic key card, a work desk and multi-channel TV inside the queen room were handy. Took a walk around city centre, located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel😃😀

Water pressure was low.

Breakfast was perfect and the bed was comfortable. My room was with a bathtub, a plus for me. For tea or coffee visit donnas cafe nearby. Nice base for a 2-night stay.

Tolcarne beach is within a 5-minute walk from the property. Room met my needs.
